At the beginning of the graduate programme, the PhD students are involved in an informal get-to-know-each-other event with all PhD students of the Research Training Group. Monthly meetings and colloquia allow all PhD students and PIs to discuss current results.
We regularly invite academics from other universities and institutes to engage in dialogue with them, learn from them and discuss new ideas.
